- Claim is eligible after 30 Days of Account Opening
- Claims payable on 90 Days of Average Balance in Account
- Maximum Claim on Accidental Death - PKR 4 Million
- Maximum Claim on Natural Death / Permanent Disability - PKR 2 Million
- In a Joint Account, any one of the account holders is covered
- Age Limit - 18 to 60 Years
- The insurance cover is provided to the extent of the average balance maintained in the account during the last 90 days in the case of Natural death and Permanent Disability, whereas in the case of Accidental Death the coverage provided is double.

- Copy of valid CNIC / SNIC / NICOP or Passport
- Incase CNIC does not contain a photograph, attested copy of any document such as driving license that contains a photograph, in addition to CNIC
- When catering to the opening of minor (Asaan Remittance) accounts, obtain attested copies of Form-B, Birth Certificate or Student ID Card (as appropriate) for the minor. In addition, attested copy of any of the aforementioned applicable identity document must be obtained from the guardian.
- Duly signed Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (“FATCA”) Form.
- Duly signed Self-Certification Form (CRS Individual / Proprietorship Tax Residency).
- Indemnity Form for Photo Account.
- Indemnity Form for mismatch of signature with CNIC.
