For individual accounts
- Computerized/Smart National Identity Card (CNIC/SNIC)
- Copy of any utility bill
- Proof of income or salary slip
- In case of salaried person, copy of service/employee card
Note:
If the balance remains "Zero" for six months such accounts may be closed
