For individual accounts
  • Computerized/Smart National Identity Card (CNIC/SNIC)
  • Copy of any utility bill
  • Proof of income or salary slip
  • In case of salaried person, copy of service/employee card

Note:

If the balance remains "Zero" for six months such accounts may be closed
