Home Buyer
The product is offered to individuals who intend to buy already built residential property (house or apartment).
- Financing is available from PKR 300,000 up-to PKR 100 million or up to 75-85% of the appraised value of a built up house/apartment/land whichever is lower.
- Financing period from 1 to 25 years.
- Disbursement as Bullet Payment (one time).
- Financing will be based upon verified net income of the applicant to ascertain repayment capacity.
- Minimum income requirement for primary borrower is PKR 60,000 and co-borrower is PKR 30,000. Spouse, Father, Mother and Son can be made as co-borrower for income clubbing or property ownership.
- No Charges for Early Settlement and Baloon Payment.
- Repayment in equal monthly installments based on the tenure of financing.
Home Construction
This product is extended to customers who already own land and need funds to meet the construction cost. It also caters customers who have already begun construction and have completed it up to a certain level.
- Financing is available from PKR 300,000 up to PKR 50 Million or 100 % of Bill of Quantity (BOQ) or 70% of the construction cost and appraised land value whichever is lower.
- Financing period from 1 to 25 years.
- Minimum income requirement for primary borrower is PKR 60,000 and co-borrower is PKR 30,000. Spouse, Father, Mother and Son can be made as co-borrower for income clubbing or property ownership.
- Disbursement of Payment in three stages as follows:
- Plinth Stage 30%
- Structure completion 30%
- Finishing Stage 40%
- Repayment in equal monthly installments based on the tenure of financing (2 years grace period for construction is also included, where only markup is to be serviced).
- No Charges for Early Settlement and Baloon Payment.
Plot Purchase & Construction
This product is offered to customers for the purpose of renovation of a constructed house.
- Financing from PKR 300,000 up to PKR 20 million or up to 50% of the appraised property value whichever is lower (Residential House).
- Financing period from 1-25 years.
- Minimum income requirement for primary borrower is PKR 60,000.
- Disbursement made as Bullet Payment (one time).
- Bill of Quantity also required.
- Repayment in equal monthly installments based on the tenure of financing.
- No Charges for Early Settlement and Baloon Payment.
- Financing from PKR 300,000 up to PKR 5 million or up to 25% of the appraised property value whichever is lower. (Residential Apartment)
Home Improvement
Bank AL Habib provides you opportunity to get transferred your already availed house loan from other banks/institutions with Bank AL Habib if you have maintained a good repayment history.
- Only the outstanding amount shall be paid to the releasing bank/institution or maximum amount PKR 50 Million whichever is lower.
- No enhancement in financing amount will be offered to the applicant.
- Property ownership must be in the name of primary borrower or co-borrower (spouse).
- Customer to provide a letter, authorizing our bank official to collect and retrieve all title documents from the releasing bank/institution.
- No Charges for Early Settlement and Baloon Payment.
Home Balance Transfer
Bank AL Habib can help you achieve your goals through its financing facility.
This product will be offered to purchase the plot and construction thereon, First trench will be disbursed for plot purchase with maximum 50% of approved financing amount or 50% of land value whichever is lower. After purchase of plot, process of construction to be followed by disbursing three more trenches of remaining amount.

A representative from our approved income estimation agency will visit your place of business/work and appraise your income level, by going through the documents provided by you.
An account for you will be opened at the branch, closest and the most convenient to you. You will be required to deposit funds sufficient to afford a monthly installment in that account. A direct debit instruction from you in favor of Bank AL Habib would then allow us to debit the installment amount from your account on monthly basis.

Our Relationship Managers shall get in touch with you to complete Finance & Charge documentation for execution and signing. Our legal advisor and bank’s representative will accompany you at the Registrar’s office on the appointed date with our cheque for final transaction.
