- Copy of valid CNIC / SNIC / NICOP/ SNICOP as required for Pakistani Nationals or Passport.

- Non-Marriage certificate (if applicable)
- Life certificate / Non-Marriage certificate after every six months on or before 10th March and on or before 10th Sept). In case of widow/widower, unmarried daughter or sister, a Non-marriage certificate will be submitted by the pensioner in addition of Life/ survival certificate.
- Zakat declaration on Bond Paper or attested copy of duly executed affidavit (In case of Zakat exemption by Muslim)
- In case of Non-Muslim exemption from Zakat declaration on plain paper
- Duly signed Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (“FATCA”) Form
- Photocopy of Option form duly signed by the pensioner as per Instruction Circular No. 202 dated December 11, 2014.
- FIU watch list and Debarred Screen shots.
- Duly signed Self-Certification Form (CRS Individual / Proprietorship Tax Residency)
- Indemnity Form on judicial paper of PKR 50(fifty) irrespective of monthly pension drawn to keep the bank indemnified about liabilities with all sums of money whatsoever including additional amount of his/her Pension Account. The pensioner would further undertake that his/her legal heirs, successors, executors shall be liable to refund excess amount, if any, credited this/her Pension Account either in full or in installments (as agreed mutually) equal to such excess amount
